Each Monday from here on out I’ve decided to share a song that is special to me; a song that has touched my life in one way or another, right here on my Tumblr page.
“Why Craig? I don’t get it!” - Well, just breathe.. it’s really easy. It simply breaks my heart to know there are so many truly amazing musicians / tracks out in the abyss of the oversaturated world of music / interweb that never get proper dues. I know that the group of people that follow me on this website will be open minded enough to give my suggestions a proper chance (one of the many reasons I care for you all so much).

If you enjoy, then I highly suggest that you purchase the album that this track is on, called “Survival Is For Cowards”. It completely changed my perception of not only the capabilities of a 3 piece rock band.. YEAH, THEY’RE ONLY A 3 PIECE! But, it adds this remarkably dark beauty with a flare of sincerity that I believe to be lacking in today’s music. And, of course, this mournful masterpiece could only be written by musicians from the great state of Kansas. Plus, listen to that voice! I also highly suggest the track “Searchlights”.
